Adoption?

The boy and the girl are constantly at odds with one another.  Both would be exceptional angelic children if only they were onlies.  The boy and I went for a walk a few months ago and this subject came up. He asked me very politely if we could put the girl up for adoption.  After careful consideration I told him, honey I would but no one would want to keep her.  He said he thought I was probably right about that.  So we have kept her.
 
The girl is not so subtle and tells her brother quite often that he needs to die.
